Since the partnership between SoundView Financial and Western CT was legally formalized we have been working internally to plan out the consolidation of our systems and map out the best line of products and services that we can bring to you!

We are excited to announce this next milestone in our partnership. Our systems will be consolidated so all members can enjoy the combined benefits of merging our credit unions. This consolidation process will begin at the close of business on June 28th and we will be back to full operation on Monday, July 1, 2024. SYSTEM CONSOLIDATION:

Impact on Service

When we combine the SoundView and Western CT Systems on the weekend of June 28th there will be an impact on services that you should be aware of. All existing Western CT accounts and services will remain intact and will not change following the system consolidation.

When: Starting Friday, June 28, 2024 at 5:00pm

All online services will be offline. You will not be able to check balances and manage your account online until we resume business on Monday, July 1, 2024.

During this time, you can reach us by email or voicemail for emergency assistance.

Your debit cards will remain accessible, however you may experience lower limits on your purchases. If you need to make any large purchases that weekend, please let us know and we will assist you.
