Mix & Match to Balance Your Preference for Convenience and Security!
Face/Touch ID – You have the option to enable Face ID or Touch ID based on your mobile device in the settings menu.
Remember Me – You can control if the app saves your User ID or not by toggling the Remember Me button.
Two Factor Authentication – For extra security you can enable this feature to require a unique code for each login. This code can be delivered by a voice call or text. (Tip- Make sure the phone number entered is correct before setting up).
Suffix Preferences – In your profile, you can control which suffixes are viewable and how they are names too. If you have a savings account that you don’t need or want on your main screen for everyday banking, hide them away and just turn them on when you need to check in on them.
Disable a Lost Cell Phone – If you left your phone behind or it has been lost, you can disable the device by logging into your online banking and going to the Profile menu. You can also contact us at 203-791-9399 to assist you.
