Due to the COVID pandemic, our lobby is currently closed. We continue to operate during normal business hours through our drive-up and can perform all transactions that way. We will continue to keep you updated on our operations.

Yes, we are in the Allpoint network which has 55,000 ATMs nationwide. You can use any of these ATMs anytime and avoid surcharge fees. Find the nearest Allpoint ATM at the link below: https://westernctfcu.com/atm-locations/
You can withdraw from your Holiday Club account on the fourth Friday on October. Withdrawals can be performed from then until the end of the year (December 31st) without any penalty.
You can withdraw from the vacation club two times per calendar year without penalty.
You can print an address change form from the link below. Once filled out, please email, fax, or mail it to us. We need your signature authorizing this change to your account in order to update it in the system. https://westernctfcu.com/wp-content/uploads/pdf/Address%20Change%20Form.pdf
In order to close your account, we would need you to fill out and sign the form linked below. We need your signature to authorize the closure of your account if you are not in person to fill out the form with us.
In order to remove an owner of the account, both parties must be present to do so. We would need signatures of both the owner and person being removed to successfully remove someone from an account.
Wires can be done over the phone if the funds being transferred are $2500 or under. If the wire exceeds that amount, we need you to come in person to sign. Domestic wires cost $25 while International wires cost $40.

LOANS

The fastest way to submit a loan application is by completing one online.  It is a secure process that will take an average of 10-15 minutes.  Once submitted, you can also help us by emailing two recent paystubs to us at loans@westernctfcu.com.

You can find our most current rate by visiting the loans rate page.  Our rates do vary depending on your own individual credit score, so the rate posted is for the top tier of scores.  For additional rate information please contact someone from the Member Loans Team.
In order to have a loan with us, you do have to be a member with us. You can go through the loan application process first and once the time comes for the loan closing; we will open your account and you will become a member at that time. The process is rather quick and easy!
If you have an account with the Credit Union and want to make a payment from there, you can do that by calling us or by using the online banking/mobile banking app.  If you want to use funds from an account that you have at another financial institution you can pay by phone, or initiate a payment from that financial institutions online services.  Many financial institutions provide the ability to send funds out to another account of yours by adding an “external account” using our routing # and your Western CT FCU account number.  Our routing # is 221173884.

ONLINE BANKING/CONTACT US

If you have gone through the email confirmation process, you can use the “Forgot Password” link right on the login page.  If you have not confirmed your email, send a request to us at membercareteam@westernctfcu.com that includes your name and contact number.
Your password may have expired and requires you to change it.  You can do this by logging online through a regular internet browser such as google chrome or safari.  If you don’t know your password, you can reset it using the “Forgot Password” link or send a request to us at membercareteam@westernctfcu.com that includes your name and contact number.
We have an after-hours voicemail option that is monitored.  Most calls are returned with 1 hours between 7am and 9pm.   The afterhours voice mail can be accessed by call 203-791-9399 & Choose Option 8.  You can also email us anytime at membercareteam@westernctfcu.com
