You can print an address change form from the link below. Once filled out, please email, fax, or mail it to us. We need your signature authorizing this change to your account in order to update it in the system.

Wires can be done over the phone if the funds being transferred are $2500 or under. If the wire exceeds that amount, we need you to come in person to sign. Domestic wires cost $25 while International wires cost $40.
The fastest way to submit a loan application is by completing one online. It is a secure process that will take an average of 10-15 minutes. Once submitted, you can also help us by emailing two recent paystubs to us at email@example.com.

In order to have a loan with us, you do have to be a member with us. You can go through the loan application process first and once the time comes for the loan closing; we will open your account and you will become a member at that time. The process is rather quick and easy!
If you have an account with the Credit Union and want to make a payment from there, you can do that by calling us or by using the online banking/mobile banking app. If you want to use funds from an account that you have at another financial institution you can pay by phone, or initiate a payment from that financial institutions online services. Many financial institutions provide the ability to send funds out to another account of yours by adding an “external account” using our routing # and your Western CT FCU account number. Our routing # is 221173884.
If you have gone through the email confirmation process, you can use the “Forgot Password” link right on the login page. If you have not confirmed your email, send a request to us at firstname.lastname@example.org that includes your name and contact number.
Your password may have expired and requires you to change it. You can do this by logging online through a regular internet browser such as google chrome or safari. If you don’t know your password, you can reset it using the “Forgot Password” link or send a request to us at email@example.com that includes your name and contact number.
